Shipping & Returns

Shipping Notice:

Starting on May 6, 2024, we will be lifting our pre-order status! All orders will be processed within 2 days of purchase with a 2-7 day delivery window based on your location. We only sell products and ship to customers in the United States at this time. Expedited shipping within a 24 hour window is available if emailed first. 

Currently, there are no same-day orders available. If you have a rush order, due to an upcoming race, event, or meet, email info@perfectstrideproducts.com for possible accommodation to rush your order. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Return Notice:

We are sorry you didn't love your Perfect Stride product(s). 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products; and as a small company, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. But we welcome constructive feedback to improve the products as we progress. We hope you understand!

Cancel your order:
If you want to cancel an order before it is processed, please reach out to us and we can gladly to cancel it for you, if it is not yet shipped. Once our warehouse processes your order, and you receive the email, we will not be able to cancel it for you.

Product Issues:
If you are experiencing any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or if your product is damaged/doesn’t work, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email with photos of the issues and we will do everything we can to make it right and send you replacements. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage to packaging box after it leaves our warehouse. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchased items or gift cards for personal or event, or gift bag use.

As we grow, our policies will become more flexible to accomodate our customers' needs and concerns.
