How do you ensure that your product is safe to use?
The products were tested extensively in a lab and with consumers to ensure their safety for use on various skin types, complexions, and in differing temperatures. Additionally, each item was assessed to ensure it would not develop mold or harbor bacteria within the containers. To maintain hygiene and maximize effectiveness, we highly recommend using the product on clean fingers and applying it to clean body parts.
Is the Anti-Chafing Stick sticky or oily?
It is not sticky or dry like standard deodorants and other anti-chafe sticks on the market. Unlike other brands, we adjusted the product to allow a glide on the skin with 1-2 swipes, and it reactivates with moisture over time. There is oil within the product for that slip feeling. With targeted use, you can avoid staining clothing or overusing it. Always clean your skin before the first use.
Will I break out from these products?
Depends on your allergies. This product is made for sensitive skin, and eczema prone skin. The products do not include wheat, gluten or tree nuts, and are non-toxic, plant-derived, without petroleum and or harmful silicones. The products do contain one of the following: aloe vera, sunflower oil, coconut oil, monoi oil, and beeswax. Please read the ingredients before purchasing as we are not responsible for an adverse reaction.

How long does shipping take?
We are a small business, and fulfill items every two days. It typically takes a shipment 2-4 days to arrive based on your location, the weather in your region, and the courier's capabilities. If you have a need to receive the product within a day, please email us as the cost for shipping overnight is not reflected on our checkout page. If you see this FAQ section after checking out, and want expedited shipping, you will be required to pay the difference in shipping costs.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes it is cruelty-free as we have not tested on animals. The Anti-Chafing Stick has beeswax, which makes it not vegan. We do not have any other animal or insect-by product or ingredients in the formula, nor do we test on animals or insects. Many of our future products will vary between this feature with beeswax as our go-to ingredient.
Are these products made in the USA?
Yes. Perfect Stride is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients and packaging.
