Our goal is to provide products that are plant-derived, not tested on animals, and free of gluten, wheat, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, polyethylene glycol, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, and palm oil. So many products trigger eczema flare-ups, barely hydrate the skin, and miss the mark with protection. We aim to provide our customers with the best products that work for the long haul.

Our Founder
The founder venture into business began while also training for eight weeks to race in her first half-marathon. She incorporated running, swimming, yoga, and Pilates, and ultimately crossed the finish line at 2 hours and 25 minutes.
It was her first time competing in a long-distance race as an adult, and her first foray into consumer products.
Throughout training and the race, she encountered several challenges: the harsh effects of chlorine and salt water on her hair and skin, irritation from sweat and sunscreen in her eyes; and a first-degree burn from chafing and soreness from her properly-fitting clothing during the race.
As an everyday track and swim athlete, and with her expertise as a Black licensed cosmetologist of 17 years, she saw the need for products to help active women maintain their fitness routines and compete without concern. Hence, she created Perfect Stride—a brand focusing on performance and function in the sports and wellness personal care industry.
