How do you ensure that your product is safe to use?
The products were tested extensively in a lab and with consumers to ensure their safety for use on various skin types, complexions, and in differing temperatures. Additionally, each item was assessed to ensure it would not develop mold or harbor bacteria within the containers. To maintain hygiene and maximize effectiveness, we highly recommend using the product on clean fingers and applying it to clean body parts.
Can I use the products on broken skin or wounds?
No.
If you have a flare up, the Multi-Use Active Balm helps create a dense barrier you can layer onto the skin to provide moisture. Please avoid open wounds and cuts.
Is the Anti-Chafing Stick sticky or oily?
It is not sticky or dry like standard deodorants. Unlike other brands, we adjusted the product to allow a glide on the skin with 1-2 swipes, and it reactives with moisture over time. There is oil within the product for that slip feeling. With targeted use, you can avoid staining clothing or overusing it. Always clean your skin before the first use.
Will I break out from these products?
Depends on your allergies. This product is made for sensitive skin, and eczema prone skin. The products do not include wheat, gluten or tree nuts, and are non-toxic, plant-derived, without petroleum and or harmful silicones. The products do contain one of the following: aloe vera, sunflower oil, coconut oil, monoi oil, and beeswax. Please read the ingredients before purchasing as we are not responsible for an adverse reaction.
I wear false lashes, can I use the balm on my face anyway?
Yes. A product tester noted that the balm prevents sweat from ruining false lashes, although it is advised to avoid using false lashes due to the oil base. The balm can still save the lashes from sweat if placed higher up on the eyelid or brow area.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes, and one of the products has beeswax, which makes it not vegan. We do not have any other animal-by product or ingredients in the formula, nor do we test on animals or insects. Many of our future products will vary between this feature with beeswax as our go-to ingredient.
Are these products made in the USA?
Yes. Perfect Stride is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients and packaging.
